About Us

Techno Power is a decade old company with a rich experience in Energy sector as well as Distilleries. We have over 50M design and supervision of erection and commissioning Thermal power and solar Energy Combined. We have designed and commissioned thermal power plants for of Grain Based /Molasses based Distilleries, Calcium carbonate plants ,Rice plants . We provide services such as Designing and consultancy for Distilleries and Thermal Power Plant. We do EPC for Solar Power Plant.

Thermal

Thermal division started during 2011 after a long stint at senior management level with Power and distillery sector to provide efficient and cost effective solutions to process industry .


Our Journey started with 4.2 MW Plant for M/S CMJ Distilleries and Breweries for their Meghlya based works and continuing till date

  • Naraiangarh Sugar mill ltd Ambala Haryana –Technical Adviser for up gradation/Energy efficiency and operation of existing 31 MW Cogen Power Plant consisting of one no 130 TPH 87 Bar 515 Deg Sitson Make Travelling Grate Boiler ,25 MW Controlled Extraction cum Exhaust cum Condensing Siemens make turbine ,2 no 35 Tph 45 Bar 440 Deg C Thermax make Boilers and 2 X 3 MW Triveni make back pressure turbines .Company has planned to set up 500 KLPD Ethanol plant within sugar mill premises A New Power plant consisting Spent wash Boilers and turbine has been planned.

  • Jindal Steel and Power Mozambique South Africa—Technical adviser to set up 8 Mw Grid connected thermal power plant consisting of 36 TPH 72 Bar 510 Deg AFBC boiler and 8 Mw Controlled extraction condensing turbine and balance of plant.

  • Alpine Distilleries Pvt Ltd West Bengal --- A 70 KLPD Grain based distillery Designed and commissioned a 2.5 MW Power plant consisting of 22 Tpg 45 Bar 490 Dec C Thermax make AFBC Boiler based upon Indian coal and 2.5 MW Kessels make back pressure Turbine. Commissioned during Oct 2020, currently looking after supervision of operations.

  • SVP Industries Ltd Mansurpur UP –Technical adviser to set up 8 MW Power plant consisting of Thermax make 56 TPH 45 Bar 420 Deg Spent wash AFBC Boiler with 8 MW Triveni make controlled extraction cum condensing plant .Commissioned during June 2020.

  • Kunal Calcium Pvt Ltd Yamuna Nagar –designed and Commissioned 2.2 MW Power plant consisting 20 TPH Thermax Make Traveling grate 45 Bar 440 Deg C Wood chips and biomass based boiler along with 2.2 MW Triveni Make Back pressure Turbine .commissioned Sep 2019

  • Chhattisgarh Distillers Ltd Raipur ---120 KLPD Grain and molasses based Distillery. Designed and commissioned 3.5 MW Power plant consisting of 35 TPH 67 Bar 490 Deg C Thermo dyne make AFBC Boiler based upon Indian Coal /Rice husk /Dolachr along with 3.5 MW MAN make back pressure Turbine .Commissioned 2017

  • CMJ Breweries and Distilleries Ltd Meghalaya –100 KLPD grain Based distillery ,Designed and commissioned a 4.2 MW Power plant consisting 40 TPH 67 Bar 490 Deg C Cheema Make Indian coal based AFBC Boiler along with Triveni Make 4.2 MW Back pressure Turbine. commissioned 2014

  • Sid ashram Rice Mill Cluster Buxer –Designed and commissioned a 3 MW Power plant consisting 22 Tph 45 Bar 440 Deg C Cheema Make AFBC Boiler and Maxwat make 3 Mw extraction cum condensing turbine .commissioned 2013.

  • Globus Spirits Ltd Behror –Designed and commissioned a of 3 MW power plant consisting 25 Tph 67 bar 490 Deg C Cheema Make AFBC boiler and 3 MW Triveni Make back pressure turbine .commissioned Jan 2011.

  • Globus Spirits Ltd Smalkha – Designed and commissioned a 3 MW power plant consisting 25 Tph 67 bar 490 Deg C Cheema Make AFBC boiler and 3 MW Triveni Make back pressure turbine. Commissioned May 2011

  • Sir Shadi Lal Distillery and Chemical Works Mansurpur –Designed up 2.5 MW power plant consisting of 25 Tph 67 bar 490 Deg Cheema make Rice Husk/ Bio Gas boiler and 3 MW Triveni make Back pressure turbine .

  • Chambal Power Ltd Kota Rajasthan—commissioned a 8 MW power plant consisting of 38 Tph 67 bar 440 Deg Sitson Make Travelling grate Mustard Husk fired boiler with 8 MW Triveni Make condensing turbine in. Plant supplies power to grid at Rajasthan. Commissioned 2006.

  • DLF Power Ltd Madhuban Dhanbad – Commissioning and operation of 12.5 MW washery rejects based grid connected power plant consisting of 54 TPH 55 Bar 440 Deg C ITMICE Make Boiler and 12.5 MW SKODA make condensing in state of Jharkhand in 2003 to 2005
